4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required at the time of order.

  • Goodbooks reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver within the UK via Royal Mail / Evri / DPD.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no cost.
  • Once shipped, cancellation must follow the returns process.
