Delivery
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times: United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number depending on the selected delivery service.
Please note that all books sold in our store are pre-owned. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of every item.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- the item must be returned in its original condition,
- the book must not contain additional damage caused after delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:
- the wrong item was sent,
- the item arrived damaged,
- the condition significantly differs from the description.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number,
- photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
